Our Pastor Appreciation Celebration on October 22nd and Church and Pastor Anniversary on November 19th were both made successful by the love and care of members, family and friends who joined in the celebration. We had a high time in the Lord and was most appreciative of Pastor Damion Briggs of the Eastern Community Church who delivered a powerful message for each occasion. May God continue to bless our Pastor as he delivers the word of truth to God's people!
Women's Worship Weekend 2017
On September 22-24, 2017 we held our 2nd Women's Worship Weekend. On Friday, September 22nd, we dined and fellowshipped together. On Saturday, September 23rd we explored three segments during our Workshop: Wellness, Good Works, and Witnessing. As an outcome, we committed to building Women of Worth and further equip ourselves to be effective Witnesses. We culminated our weekend with a special First Lady Appreciation Worship Service and Celebration Brunch. Praise the Lord for another exciting weekend.
Operation Backpack 2017
Operation Backpack 2017 was a huge success. Because of the kindness of our dear members and our PGAMA Business
Partner next door, we were able to donate seventeen (17) backpacks to the
Bollman Bridge Elementary School on Guilford-Savage Road in Jessup. Donations of backpacks stuffed with school supplies were delivered on August 29th; the school’s Principal, Ms. Rhonda Inskeep and
her Assistant, Ms. Joanna Salerno, were both delighted to receive the donations.

Black History Month Celebration 2017
On February 19th, we celebrated Black History Month with a preached word that inspired and lifted our souls from Rev. Dr. Ruby Purnell as she shared the meaning of God's word in Matthew 16:18 where Jesus described the true rock in which to build His church. We also reflected on our history through music, recitations, and enjoyed some soul food. See more pictures on our Facebook Page.
